Mold standard parts are mold formed products produced according to the Chinese mold standardization system, which includes four categories of standards: mold basic standards, mold process quality standards, mold component standards, and technical standards related to mold production.
Mold standards can be further classified into ten categories based on the main types of molds: stamping mold standards, plastic injection mold standards, die-casting mold standards, forging mold standards, fastener cold heading mold standards, wire drawing mold standards, cold extrusion mold standards, rubber mold standards, glass product molds, and automotive stamping die standards. China has more than 50 mold standards with over 300 standard numbers, as well as 14 universal devices and 244 varieties for automotive stamping die components, totaling 363 standards. The formulation and promotion of these standards have improved the standardization level and level of Chinese molds.
