5. Wall thickness control of the mold: Uneven thickness can lead to imbalanced injection and uneven cooling time, which not only affects injection speed but also causes problems such as chair shrinkage. If the accuracy of the machine tool is insufficient, uniform thickness cannot be guaranteed.
