1. Mold trial steps and actions


     A. Before trying out the mold, check whether the mold is assembled and whether the raw materials are dried.


     B. Before changing the mold, spray anti-rust agent into the mold during production, replace the mold, return it to its position and fill in the record form.


     C. When loading the mold, the center point of the mold should be aligned before setting up the mold. The mold must be locked and check whether the high-pressure mold locking is effective. The clamping force depends on the size of the mold. The high pressure required for large molds is 80~90PMa; The high pressure required for small molds is 40~65PMa; after adjusting the high pressure of the clamping mold, adjust the opening and closing of the mold to normal speed, and perform low pressure time, distance and pressure. Speed adjustment work, low-pressure work is very important in normal production. The cause of mold damage is incomplete low-pressure work.


     D. When cleaning the material tube, other colored raw materials and impurities in the material tube should be removed to reduce the injection pressure. Holding pressure, injection time. Holding pressure time. Reduce the pressure to 50PMa; then increase it according to the product condition, adjust to the required pressure, and compare the samples of low-pressure molding conditions, medium-pressure molding conditions and high-pressure molding conditions to analyze the flow path pattern.


     E. Before trying the mold, test the mold manually to confirm whether the demoulding action is smooth and the return condition is good. And during the test mold injection action, spray the release agent to the master mold first, and then adjust the release mode position after molding.


     F. The quantity of each mold trial is based on the production management notice. Before each trial, the mold department must be notified to confirm the mold trial action together; after the product is tested out, it will be reviewed by the customer. After the review is completed, fill in the molding condition record form and mold status form.


     G. When the mold trial is completed, the mold is first sprayed with anti-rust agent, and the mold is lowered to the mold department for modification work.


     H. Each mold test must be carried out according to the above items. The mold test time must be accurate and the superior shall send personnel to test the mold. Do not try the mold without permission.


2. Key points to note when testing molds


     When we receive a new mold that needs to be prototyped and tested, we are always eager to get a test result earlier and pray for a smooth process to avoid wasting time and causing trouble. But here we must remind two points:


     A. Check the mold as soon as the machine is opened to confirm whether all the mechanisms of the mold are smooth. If there is a problem, stop the action immediately to avoid unnecessary seriousness. If there is no problem, perform the reciprocating action a few more times before proceeding to the next action.


     B. Before the injection action, confirm the mold locking force. The first mold finished product can only be injected into the 80% full mold. If there is no problem, try it under normal conditions to confirm that the sample meets the customer's standards, and then proceed to the next action of high and low pressure testing. The high pressure is in Under normal conditions, the high pressure is 20PMa and the low pressure is 10PMa low. To analyze the mold, please remember that all actions must start with low pressure and low belt.
